We are looking for a Senior Resource Officer to join our team - Joint Community Rehabilitation Service.
This role is instrumental to us being able to provide a high quality service to our clients. The Senior Resource Officer supervises the Resource Officers in the team and provides face to face advice and guidance to all practitioners as appropriate.
You will be pivotal in developing effective day to day partnership working arrangements with Health, colleagues and good relationships with key stakeholders.
You will have an overview of demand for services, undertake Safeguarding Enquiries, and support with the development and introduction of new ways of working.
The Joint Community Rehabilitation Service (JCR) is a community service provided by a team of care workers, therapists and resource officers.
It helps people to:
Remain in their own home and maximise their independence avoid going into hospital unnecessarily become independent as soon as possible after a stay in hospital.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
