About the role

The aim of our trust is to provide an outstanding educational experience for all students in our schools. We want both schools to retain their own identity whilst working together to support the learning of everyone in the Trust community.

We are keen to find an imaginative and skilled Science teacher either with an aspiration to leadership or who already has experience of leading a team. We are seeking to appoint someone who is committed to our vision and virtues and is driven by the desire to improve the life chances of young people. You will need to be an excellent practitioner who ensures that your lessons are engaging and consistently supports students’ progress. In this role you will support the leadership of our Science Department which is comprised of 11 teaching staff. This role will give you the chance to ensure that we deliver an innovative curriculum that motivates and challenges students to enjoy Science and achieve the best possible outcomes.
