Salary Range: £32,798 - £35,336 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed until 31.05.2023

Job Duties:

Hertfordshire Music Service (HMS) is one of the largest and most successful music services in the Country, with a national reputation for excellence, opportunity and delivering common good activities.  With instrumental and vocal teachers teaching over 10,000 children in schools and our music centres across the county, HMS has a wide reach, with a presence in most major Hertfordshire towns.

As a Communications Officer at HMS, you will be an essential part of the Business Delivery Team and play a critical role in generating and delivering both internal and external communications countywide. This is a busy and varied role which involves planning and supporting colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring all communications are effective, compliant, and accessible. You will enjoy the opportunity to get directly involved in researching, writing, and managing communication plans, and helping to identify and evaluate communication trends, best practice, and new techniques and technology resources.
