We are searching for a new team of Supported Housing and Temporary Accommodation Officers. As an officer in this team, you will manage the new homes built by the Council for Adult Social Care and Homelessness Services. To do this successfully you will need to build relationships with partner organisations and embed a culture of tenancy sustainment for all residents within the portfolio and set out expectations to residents, enforcing the tenancy or licence agreement.
Working closely with the development team will be essential to succeeding in the role as you will need to advocate on behalf of residents needs at all stages of the new build process and ensure homes are handed over so as a team you are ready to mobilise new blocks from day one
