We are recruiting for an Admin Support Officer within the Community Commissioning Adult Disabilities Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the work of the Monitoring Team. The monitoring team work with providers of Supported Living and Day Opportunities for adults who have disabilities.
This role will involve working closely with a range of internal and external colleagues to improve the working of the team. With your colleagues you will support the team by improving and implementing the team’s business processes, this will include:
• Managing and scheduling team commitments, appointments, shared inbox and minuting meetings.
• Using Office software, managing databases, and using Social care information systems to support the team.
• Coordinating communication with internal and external colleagues. Coordinating responses and follow up as appropriate.
• Compiling reports and data monthly and on request to inform business decisions.
Ideally you will have some knowledge of Social Care or working in complex organisations/businesses with multiple stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate; being a competent administrator with experience of using Microsoft Office. You will be the first point of contact for Managers and possess excellent customer care skills. You will be able to liaise with providers to gather information as requested.
