As a Neighbourhood Officer, you will manage a mixed tenure neighbourhood patch of properties delivering an excellent housing management service. You will work in partnership with relevant departments and agencies to improve the neighbourhood and manage tenancies effectively.
You will respond to enquiries raised by customers, members of the public and Councillors including complaints and reports of low level anti-social behaviour and carry out pre-tenancy work. Your duties will also include taking appropriate action on breach of tenancy issues through to court action, such as non-access, hoarding and property condition.
We are looking for some who has experience of working in social housing or a related field and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload effectively showing flexibility and adaptability.
