About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in our highly regarded Integrated Community Equipment Service for Adult Social Care and the NHS in East Sussex.
As Business Services Coordinator, you will work on a variety of tasks and will be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the ICES Commissioning team. You will use your sound business coordination skills to manage a high volume of information and competing activities. Support for formal meetings including the production of minutes is key to the role. You will link with a number of stakeholders, including health and social care practitioners in Adult Social Care and the NHS.
Strong organisational skills are essential. You will coordinate and maintain efficient processes and establish effective working relationships with colleagues from both Adult Social Care and the NHS. Your excellent communication skills will be coupled with a drive for excellent service delivery and continuous improvement.
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
