Learning Resource Centre Officer (Grade 5 – 37 Hours per week - Permanent)  
Appointment Date:  June 2022 
37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year – Term Time Only  
Hours of work - 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30am—4pm—Friday 
Grade 5 - £20,444– £22,129 Pro Rata 
Actual Salary £17,111- £18,939 

We are looking for an inspiring, vibrant and resourceful colleague to manage our school library, who will be excited to join a team of English teachers who are brimming with enthusiasm about reading, young adult fiction and student engagement.  

The successful candidate will have a knowledge of reading suitable for students aged 11-16 (beyond Harry Potter and supermarket shelf books) and a desire to support students to improve their reading ages and fluency.
