Business Support Manager - Birmingham Children's Trust

Business Support Services are an enabling, city wide service within Birmingham Children’s Trust, supporting the vital work our Social Care staff undertake improving the lives of Children Young People and Families. The service delivers critical, timely and responsive administrative services which enable Social Workers to focus on supporting the families they work with.
We are looking for an experienced Business Support Manager who can business partner with our customers across the city, can drive the delivery of consistent standards across our services and lead change. You must have previous experience in a similar Business Support Manager role (although not necessarily in Children’s Services); of managing a high-volume operational service; have great customer and people management skills and a track record of implementing change to ensure that services are efficient and effective. You will have experience dealing with a number of conflicting and changing priorities across the city and want to make a positive difference to vulnerable families in Birmingham.
