Do you enjoy organising and planning? Can you support the head of service and senior team by co-ordinating meetings, and acting as the central point for all administration in a busy service? If you can, and you are excited by the opportunity to help drive improvements across our service, we want to hear from you.
You will be based in our busy community equipment service that provides a wide range of equipment for children and adults. We are looking for someone who can use MS Word and Excel and help support the team by taking on co-ordination for key meetings, complaints recording, and support across a range of administrative functions.
You will have an inclusive approach to your work and be able to demonstrate the people skills to help deliver our ambitions for the service. You will be expected to collaborate across departments ensuring projects are completed successfully and on time, so communication is key to this role.
We welcome candidates from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds who are underrepresented at this level in the organisation.
This role will offer you an exciting opportunity in a supportive and flexible working environment where you will have the chance to make your mark.
