Visitor Services Assistant

Working within the Barnsley Museums Visitor Service team you will support the delivery of excellent customer service across several leading visitor attractions. Welcoming over 1.2 million visitors a year our venues are vibrant and exciting locations to work. The variety of events and changing exhibitions ensure that there is always something new to see and do.

Your role in our journey

As a Visitor Services Assistant, you will work with our visitors to ensure they have the best possible experience. Working within retail environments, assisting with event setup and delivery and helping visitors engage with our amazing collections and venues. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, from providing a warm welcome to maintaining parkland bins.

Candidates must be flexible and be able to work weekends and be able to travel to multiple locations.
