About the role
We are looking to recruit a Graduate to assist in all areas of school life from supporting pupils within academic lessons, improving numeracy and/or literacy skills with small groups to working with pupils giving 1:1 support. We would hope that this person would also be willing to get involved inside and outside of the school day through our extensive extra-curricular programme.
This post would be ideally suited to a Graduate who would like experience of working in a school and the opportunity to share their passions with young people. A proactive approach to engaging with young people is essential. This is a rewarding opportunity for gap year students to enhance their CV or Graduates who are seriously considering a career in teaching.
