Grade 4 - £24258 - £26520pa (2 X 12 month Fixed Term Contracts/Secondment Opportunities)
In this role you will play a key role in providing an effective and responsive administrative support for allocated operational activity in a robust, timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
The role will involve face to face contact with the public, arranging meetings as required, assisting with monitoring team plans, assisting the Estates team with monitoring to ensure compliance with team targets and standards.
You will not have any direct supervisory responsibility however may be required to assist in induction and training of peers and new employees.
You will possess a firm knowledge of the councils ICare Values policies including code of conduct, holidays and sickness.
To lead by example to ensure excellent standards of work and record, setting in place improvement plans where necessary.
To identify and suggest improvements to current ways of working in order to deliver a more efficient and effective service.
To develop performance targets in conjunction with Estate Officers for staff, draw up assessments and improvement framework where required.
You will possess good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office
