We are looking for a Supporting Healthy Weight Advisor to support the development, implementation, recruitment and running of healthy weight initiatives, including individual and group programmes, as part of a multi-disciplinary team. liaise with families and other professionals, preparing paperwork, inputting data, managing databases, producing promotional and delivery materials and delivering theory and physical activity sessions.

This is a full time post and it is essential to be able to drive and have access to a car.
