The Intergrated Special Educational Needs and Disability Service is seeking to recruit to a newly launched Intergrated Keyworking Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the SEND service and provide specialist Keyworking functions and interventions to families and young people with SEN/D. Intergrated Key workers will work from the new Steven Wiltshire Centre and 145 King Street, working closely with team leaders and other staff to provide wholestic assessements and interventions at the earliest point of contact.
Team Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the operational running of the team and liaison with external agencies. This is opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to contribute to the design and development of new model of delivery extending from traditional Early Support Key worker model.
Experience of working with families with SEND is essential and applications are welcomed from practitioners across Education, Health and Social Care.
