About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bexhill, Hastings and Rother area.
If you are highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated, with a keen interest in developing your skills and knowledge further, this is a great opportunity for you.
As a JCR Team Leader you will gain valuable experience in the JCR Management team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Support Workers as well as Key Working clients and overseeing the monitor visits that take place during their time with JCR. Your effective organisation and time management skills will be key in your development within this role.
A thorough knowledge of working for an Adult Social Care Service and good IT skills are essential as you will be supporting with Duty shifts and will gain experience with using the various software and IT systems that support the effective running of our service.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
