About the role
St Mary’s school and college is a non-maintained residential special school for pupils who have Speech, language and communication needs.
We are seeking to recruit Waking Night Support staff to work within a small, dedicated team who are responsible for providing support to pupils within our residential setting.
You will need to be positive, kind and caring, with basic knowledge of the care and support needs of pupils with special educational needs (NVQ level 3 is required) and a commitment to providing outstanding support to those within our care.
We can offer a strong and friendly staff team, wonderful pupils to work with and a positive work environment.
The successful applicant will start on 1 September 2022 and will work 22 hours per week, to a shift rota, between 9.45 pm to 8.45 am, Monday to Sunday, term time only.
