We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project coordinator to join our Wellbeing Team, to help us deliver truly holistic support to people living with advanced illness and their families.
At St Michael’s Hospice our Wellbeing Programme enables people to live fully until they die. Our specialist interdisciplinary team of professionals, together with highly skilled Wellbeing Assistants and volunteers, support people to achieve the goals that matter to them by optimising their physical, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing. This may be about keeping as independent as possible to remain at home, supporting and patients and carers to adjust and cope with serious illness or to find meaning and acceptance at the end of life or in bereavement.
As the Wellbeing Programme and Projects Coordinator you will be a key member of the team:
- providing robust coordination of the Wellbeing Programme to ensure the seamless day to day delivery of high-quality support
- innovating to extend the reach of the Wellbeing Programme, through outreach initiatives to augment the Hospice’s compassionate communities strategy
- working in close partnership with Wellbeing Service colleagues to implement new initiatives through effective project coordination and management.
We are seeking a person with a genuine curiosity to work in palliative care with great people skills, highly effective organisation skills and proven project experience.

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
