The Intergrated Special Educational Needs and Disability Service is seeking to recruit to a newly launched Intergrated Keyworking Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the SEND service and provide specialist Keyworking functions and interventions to families and young people with SEN/D. Intergrated Key workers will work from the new Steven Wiltshire Centre, working closely with team leaders and other staff to provide wholestic assessements and interventions at the earliest point of contact.
Senior Intergrated Key worker will be responsible for providing specialist advice, training and supervision to the Intergrated Keyworkers.
Experience of working with families with SEND is essential and applications are welcomed from practitioners across Education, Health and Social Care.
