Capital Programme Manager

Be part of the dynamic team leading on over £100m of capital projects for Hastings through its capital investment programme.  

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Capital Programme Manager to join Hastings Borough Council to help deliver our large investment programme. You will initially focus on the Hastings Town Deal programme and support the Council and its partners to deliver an exciting range of projects, focussed on the town centre, skills, jobs, housing and the climate agenda.  

You will be working as a member of the Town Deal Programme Management Team providing expert advice, support and knowledge both to the team and our delivery partners. You will be involved both at the programme level and the project level, enabling programme deadlines to be met whilst ensuring quality projects are delivered with real economic and social benefits to our residents.  

You will also work with the Towns Fund team in the day-to-day coordination, management and reporting of progress of the portfolio of projects.
