We are on a mission to tackle the housing crisis and are looking to recruit a Senior Development Manager to help us provide more homes.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to take on this exciting and challenging opportunity to lead the New Homes Team in the Major Projects & Investment Service at Adur & Worthing Councils.
Managing a team of Development Managers, you will work with a friendly, knowledgeable team of development specialists working to shape Worthing, Shoreham and Lancing through the delivery of new homes and estate regeneration by focusing on partnership and regeneration.
The successful candidate will initially be responsible for managing an established team of housing development specialists to deliver Adur District and Worthing Borough’s pipeline of projects, secure new opportunities, and drive growth throughout Adur & Worthing.
