We are looking for an individual to join our Complaints & Directorate Governance Team on a 6-month temporary basis to assist with a backlog of work in Subject Access Requests (SARs). The team responds to Subject Access Requests relating to Adults’ and Children’s Social Care, Special Educational Need and Disabilities and Housing.
The team retrieve and collate data relating to a request and redact (remove) any third party information before releasing the data to the requester.
We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, is methodical, conscientious and thorough. You will need to be able to work with highly confidential and sometimes distressing information to ensure that the information disclosed meets SARs guidelines.
