The roles will provide a comprehensive property service to the Council and will include property management, professional work (rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations including annual asset valuations) lettings, acquisitions, disposals and project work including redevelopment and regeneration.
It is an exciting time to join the team as the service is expanding, with recent acquisitions totalling £34million and a further £17.5million in the offing. The current portfolio is valued at around £101million and there are also a number of forthcoming major development and regeneration projects. These projects include the renovation of Brookfield Farm Retail Park and the redevelopment of Wolsey Hall community centre.
