About the role

One Year Fixed Post (maternity cover) Deputy Service Manager: Teaching and Learning Provision – Eastbourne and Hailsham Team

Salary: Soulbury 8-11

Do you have a track record of leading and managing a successful team? Are you passionate about removing barriers to learning and championing the needs of children with medical needs?  Are you committed to ensuring high quality teaching and to provide advice and guidance to schools to ensure school aged children with medical needs successfully reintegrate to their named school?

You will manage and lead a dedicated and experienced team of teachers and support workers, based at a teaching centre in Eastbourne, providing interim packages of education for children with medical needs within the Eastbourne and Hailsham area.  You will also work closely with the Service Manager around strategic development of the service.
