At the London Borough of Hounslow, we have big ambitions. And our Housing and Tenancy Management Services are helping us realise these by transforming how we work for our residents. Right now, we need everyone from supportive assistants to performance-driven managers to join us in Housing and Income Performance.

In these roles, you’ll use data to help our residents. It’s about so much more than giving people a home: it’s about giving everyone a future to look forward to. So you’ll use data in incredibly rewarding and purposeful ways.

You will be a highly motivated professional delivering a first class, modern and flexible policy and performance management function for Housing and Tenancy Management.  You are an excellent writer and are highly analytical, able to deal with high volumes of complex information and translate it into plain English.  You are horizon scanning on a regular basis, keeping existing policies and procedures under review and renewing or updating as required.

When it comes to income management and performance, you take a systematic and preventative approach. You’ll combine your analytical skills together with your people skills to manage income collection. Plus, you’ll keep up with the latest legislative changes and always build on your knowledge. Whether you’re working from home, in our office or you’re out and about in the community, you’ll put your communication skills to great use.

You’ll need to combine your people skills and analytical approach to manage income collection. We’re looking for people who challenge processes, nurture ideas and drive forward improvements. You’ll need to be the kind of person who takes the initiative, makes evidence-based decisions, and finishes what you start. If you do, and you’re the type to test, learn, refine and go again, you should apply.

Having a diverse workforce is vital because it helps us to better understand our communities and different perspectives. You’ll find that our culture is supportive and inclusive, allowing you to be your true self. And because we want everyone reach their full potential, you’ll take advantage of great career progression and plenty of benefits.

It's time to take pride in your work. It’s time to join One Hounslow, one vision, one team.
