Development Officer Tenancy and Caretaking
This post is a specialist Tenancy and Caretaking projects officer located within the new service development Quality Team. You will deliver a range of projects and service improvement activities for the Tenancy and Caretaking service, working with all services across Housing Needs.
Your duties will cover service improvement, performance and practice, including supporting the tenancy and caretaking service to produce relevant performance and management information, developing and running project reports, undertaking service development projects and other ad hoc projects.
You need to have a good understanding of the Tenancy and caretaking service and all areas across the Division. You need to have good IT and analytical skills and a good level of numeracy with the ability to present complex matters in a range of formats. You also need a high standard of written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, colleagues, senior managers and external partners.
You need to be well organised and motivated and able to motivate others to provide the best possible service.
