Job Title: Project Manager - SEND Transformation : SEND Strategy Implementation
Location: Hertfordshire - remote working
Salary Range: £35,745 - £43,857 per annum
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: 12 Months (Initially) Fixed Term or Secondment

Help us transform the services and support provided to Hertfordshire children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families. We’re working with parents/carers, schools and practitioners to simplify complex processes, and build an integrated system that can cope with future demand in a challenging financial landscape.
Our work will ensure services and interventions for children and young people with SEND and their families are effective, delivered where they’re needed, and make efficient use of resources. We will make it easier to access appropriate support in local communities through greater coordination of service delivery locally, build the confidence of families in our Local Offer and Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes, and enhance the way we help children and young people prepare for adulthood and independence.
We’re looking for a project manager to join our programme office and work across a range of projects to deliver the changes we want to make. If you’re a proactive and ambitious team player with a background in project and/or change management, and want to use those skills to co-produce improvements to our SEND system and make a difference for families, this could be the perfect role for you.
