Deputy Brokerage Operations Manager

Permanent, full time

Salary: MM1, £38,946 - £49,818

The Brokerage Team aims to provide excellent contract management relationships across Adult Social Care and Health with a primary focus to ensure quality services are delivered. The team is ideally placed to lead on supply management, procurement and the delivery of care. The Brokerage Team values reflect the vision for service user led care and support, prevention and good quality, safe care which is informed by what matters to the people of Enfield. We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Deputy Brokerage Operations Manager to support the Brokerage Operations Manager.


The Deputy Brokerage Operations Manager will have responsibility for:

- The operational delivery of the Brokerage and contract administration function for Adults and Communities.
- Lead on the procurement of complex residential, nursing, supported living care placements as well as community support packages across all care groups.
- Effectively manage the market, working with providers to ensure availability of care across the borough.
- Lead on continuous service development, ensuring the Brokerage function supports the wider strategic aims of the Health, Housing & Adult Social Care Services.
