The starting salary for this position is £40,227 per annum based on a 36 hour working week.

Our newly redesigned workforce is integral to achieving our aims and ambitions for the future and we are looking for a Future Benefits Manager to join our Service Delivery Team.
Managing ten team members you will have specific responsibility for:
- Ensuring the accuracy of all early leaver benefit calculations and that they adhere to scheme legislation, discretionary employer policies, HMRC rules, GDPR/DPA legislation
- Organising and distributing work within the team to ensure key performance indicators and payroll/payment deadlines are met
- Responding to complaints and drafting responses to Internal Dispute Resolution and Pension Ombudsman cases, reporting these to the Head of Service Delivery
- Ensuring structured delivery of training and checking understanding of all aspects of service delivery
Utilising your previous management experience and your ability to inspire and motivate, you will be a role model for your team. Your ability to demonstrate our Vision and Mission and work within a “one pensions team” culture is crucial to our success. It is expected that applicants will also have significant practical or professional experience and understanding gained within a Pensions environment.
Taking a holistic whole Pensions Team approach will drive opportunities for all staff to increase their career opportunities by broadening experience across the whole of the Pension service.
