Graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted, we are an 11-18 mixed Comprehensive School of around 690 students situated in a delightful position on the northern edge of Crosby.

General information: Contract type: Permanent, Full time (5 days per week / 36 hours per week / 41 working weeks per year / 46.8571 paid weeks per year). Please note that the role does require some evening work. You will be required to work some Inset days, for which additional hours will be paid.

For an immediate start, we are seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant, to provide exceptional personal assistance to the Headteacher, to act as Clerk to the Governing Body and provide a full a range of administrative support within the School office.

The Executive Assistant role sits within a fast paced service and therefore requires an individual who is flexible in their approach, forward thinking and have the ability to multi-task and deliver within timescales. You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively and be able to adapt to a fluctuating workload. You will have a high knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages and experience in servicing committees and meetings.
