Are you looking for a new challenge? Rutland County Council are looking for two Business Support Administrators with a “can do” attitude, providing administrative support as part of our corporate Business Support Team. 

About you… 

  • A motivated individual, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • A strong communicator able to relate to a wide range of people in our community
  • Good IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and bespoke databases
  • Excellent customer service is at the heart of what you do, so a positive, friendly attitude is essential.
  • Able to balance an ever changing workload, whilst keeping to deadlines

About the role… 

  • Your main role will be supporting the Councils Post and Reprographics function, along with reformatting documents.
  • You may also be required to support a variety of teams with day to day administration duties, including correspondence; diary management; arranging meetings and room bookings
  • Be the first point of contact for the whole Council for post and reprographics requirements and reformatting of documents.
  • This position will be mainly based in the office however some home working may be available as required. 

The Business Support Administrator interviews will be held week commencing 7 February 2022. Please be advised this could be subject to change, in which case we will give appropriate notice.
