Administrative Assistant - The Southfield Trust
The Southfield Trust is looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join the Trust Administration team.
This post is fixed term post until 31st March 2023. The hours of work are 32.5 per week between 08:30 and 15:30.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with good communication and word processing skills to provide general clerical support for the Trust in particular coordinating the documentation of pupils’ Educational Health Care Plans and taking minutes of meetings, maintaining pupil data on the Trust’s information system - Bromcom - and submitting census returns, and providing main office cover when required. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work in a friendly but busy environment. You will be required to liaise with a variety of professionals and other agencies.
You will work alongside a supportive staff team who have a wealth of expertise and are committed to the continuing professional development of all staff - offering a strong programme of in-school training.
The Southfield Multi Academy Trust consists of three exceptional special schools – The South Downs School, The Lindfield School and Hazel Court School, which provide the best possible educational opportunities for all its learners and their families.
