Receptionist & Office Assistant - The Southfield Trust
The Southfield Trust is looking to appoint a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join the Trust Administration Team.
This is a fixed term post until 31st March 2023. The hours of work are 08:30 to 15:30.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with good communication and word processing skills to provide general clerical support in one of our main school offices. This role requires a real passion for delivering excellent customer service as you will be the first contact to all visitors and therefore a key representative of the school, offering the right candidate opportunities to work in a friendly but busy environment.
You will work alongside a supportive staff team who have a wealth of expertise and are committed to the continuing professional development of all staff - offering a strong programme of in school training.
The Southfield Multi Academy Trust consists of three exceptional special schools – The South Downs School, The Lindfield School and Hazel Court School, which provide the best possible educational opportunities for all its learners and their families.
