Administrative Support Assistants x 2

Full and Part-time

(Term Time)

Priory is a very successful school with an excellent reputation. The Governors of this successful school seek to appoint 2 Administrative Support Assistants, 1 full-time (37 hours) and 1 part-time (19.5 hours) to provide general administrative support to the school office and to act as the first point of contact with parents, agencies and all visitors to the school.

The key tasks include:-

• Administrative support

• Reception duties, dealing with all callers both on the telephone and in person

• Producing correspondence and reports from written documents and other sources

• Maintaining all paper and electronic filing systems

• Photocopying and scanning

• Liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies

• To provide First Aid cover when required, training is provided

• Accurately input data into computerised systems, databases and spreadsheet

Both vacancies are term time plus working 1 week in the holidays.  The full-time position is Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. on Fridays.  The actual yearly term time salary is £16,702 to £17,036. 

The part-time hours are 19.5 hours a week, Monday to Thursday, 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. finish on Friday.  The actual yearly term time salary is £8,802 to £8,978.  The salary grade is Single Status Grade 4, points 9 to 10, £18,933 to £19,312 pro-rata.
