Priory is a very successful school with an excellent reputation. The Governors of this successful school seek to appoint a part-time, Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
The key tasks include:
• To work with the Senior Leader to read and interpret written communication
• Ability to support with the extraction of data
• To support with online professional training where websites are not configured for accessibility.
• To support with producing professional presentations e.g. PowerPoint and opening and sorting post.
• Undertake web search for information, documentation and resources to support research.
• Gathering and sorting of student homework (paper and online).
• Creating posters for key messaging around school.
It is essential that the successful applicant can establish positive relationships and work effectively and supportively as a member of the school team.
The actual yearly salary is £4,514 to £4,604 a year for 10 hours a week term time, plus working 10 hours in the holidays. This is based on Single Status Grade 4, 9-10, £18,933 to £19,312 pro rata. The hours of work can be worked flexibly.
