About the role

Required as soon as possible for a 12 month contract

Salary: East Sussex Single Status Local Pay Structure Grade 2 (currently £18,198 per annum)

We are looking to appoint a hardworking and highly motivated Apprentice Caretaker to join our Premises Team.  In the role the successful candidate will learn Building Maintenance, Health & Safety, Lettings and Security of the site and related resources. They will liaise with site contractors and suppliers involved in supporting the repair and upkeep of the building and sites.

The Apprentice Assistant Caretaker will be required to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 7:00am and 9.30pm. Additional hours may be available at weekends.

The successful candidate will be required to complete Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship Level 2
