Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Hollington Primary Academy
- Required from March 2022
- Permanent Contract, 25 hours per week, Term Time
- Single Status Grade 8 Points 20-22 (pro rata salary £14,104 - £15,233 p.a.)
Hollington Primary Academy is looking to recruit a highly-motivated and innovative Higher Level Teaching Assistant, who can demonstrate a love of supporting children with learning, to join our friendly and hard-working team.
The role will be to provide support for pupils’ learning throughout the academy, by facilitating group activities and working with children in classes, including covering classes, as required.

The successful candidate must:
- Be a confident and clear communicator, who can build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Be well-organised, resourceful and flexible, and able to think on their feet
- Have an clear understanding of how children learn and how to adapt tasks to suit their needs
- Have a good grasp of basic skills required for learning
