Willowtree provides a range of support services for young people with complex learning and physical disabilities including residential care , shared care and short breaks .

A Registered manager is required with experience of managing a busy residential  service for young people aged 8 to 18 years. Willowtree is currently going through an exciting period of development and in this role you will be required to support the development of the service and lead will lead a team of Deputy managers, Team Leaders and other staff offering support and guidance to develop the service.

You will ensure that the service is compliant with Children's Home Regulations and you will deliver excellent support to young people and families using the service.

You will need to be qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care & Children and Young People's Services or equivalent and have experience of working in partnership with key stakeholders including families, Social Workers, Ofsted and other professionals.

Your experience should include a minimum of 2 years Childcare residential experience within the last 5 years. You will need a track record in developing residential services.

Above all you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our employees/ young people / families and key professionals to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
