This is an exciting opportunity for Experienced Social Workers. You will be supported by a Practice Improvement Team, where you will have access to a range of learning and development opportunities both to support your work with children and families but also to enable self-development and resilience building. You will have opportunities to act a mentor and to train as an Assessor for Newly Qualified Social Workers completing their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment and as a Practice Educator for social work students. We will support you to plan your development goals and how you can achieve them.
You will have access to a range of staff engagement events, led by visible leaders and managers.
