We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR Adviser to join our small but busy team.
Reporting to the Head of HR & Development, this is a varied generalist role that provides a fantastic opportunity to further develop your HR experience.
You will be required to provide first point advice across a range of HR related activities; including recruitment & selection, the practical implementation of HR policies and terms & conditions of employment.
In addition you will take a proactive approach in developing and overseeing all operational aspects of HR. There will also be the opportunity for you to develop or further develop your skills in managing employee relations cases as well as taking a prominent role in staff engagement processes.
This role will suit someone with previous experience of advising, coaching and informally mentoring managers regarding policies and procedures, who also enjoys the administration aspect of the role, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. You will need to be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified, and, if not, already working towards or willing to work towards Level 7.
