Are you looking for a role which will provide challenges and variety, where you can be relied on for your technical expertise and experience?

Do your skills include a strong understanding of electrical or fire safety compliance, managing contractor’s performance to deliver capital and cyclical works in a residential setting?

Do you have a strong understanding of Compliance regulation and legislation?

Do you have a keen attention to detail?

Have you experience of working in housing and ensuring resident safety is paramount?

As a professional Compliance Officer with strong contract management skills, you will have experience of working with contractors and have subject matter and technical expertise in your field of electrical safety.

In this role you will ensure that the Council homes and common areas meet all required regulatory standards and internal policies to ensure the safety of our tenants and members of the public, through the delivery of periodic testing, servicing, maintenance, and upgrade programmes of work.

You will manage procurement of contracts and contractor performance to a high quality and deliver cost effective services.
