Are you passionate about reading and books? We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our exciting and vibrant team.
You will be responsible for engaging the most vulnerable children and families with the library service, activities, books and reading.
You will work closely with schools, particularly targeting pupil premium children, enhancing their lives by building a lifelong love of learning and literacy in early years.
You will work closely with Adult Social Care, Children Services, Education and Health building partnerships and delivering initiatives jointly.
You will need to be IT literate and able to write clear informative reports and be confident writing, delivering, and presenting programmes.
You will ensure that relevant stock is available when needed and have the ability to keep detailed records.
