Following a training programme, the successful candidate will be required to manage a patch of properties within the Council’s housing stock, with the focus on delivering a high-quality housing management service. You will work with residents’ groups, manage cases of anti-social behaviour and be responsible for all areas of tenancy management from signing up new tenants to successions and mutual exchanges. You must be willing and able to interact well with both internal and external partners to deliver the best services to our residents.
You will work within a housing team where you will be provided with a structured training programme, and you will gain a sound knowledge of tenancy management and experience of enforcing conditions of tenancy.
You must have a commitment to study for a professional qualification, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office products.
