Job Title: Relief Dial-A-Ride Driver/Attendant
Salary Range: £18,562 to £19,312 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term until 05.12.2022

Do you want to help older people in your local community? In this role you will be responsible for transporting members of the public between their homes and various locations in the county, safely and politely.
Licensed to drive a large vehicle with a D1 Licence, you will be responsible for ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy and be a good communicator with a responsible, caring approach.
You will need to be able to assist passengers on and off the vehicle including wheelchair users and be able to work unsupervised with a ‘can do’ attitude. To follow pre-prepared routes ensuing timings are kept to schedule and to collect passenger fares and ensure they are banked in accordance with guidelines.
In return we can offer you training where necessary for dealing with vulnerable Adults.
