£28,672 - £31,346 per annum (pay award pending)

With the relevant gas industry qualifications and knowledge you will work within the Planned, Cyclical & Estates Maintenance Section and you will primarily assist the Principal Officer – Gas Compliance in the co-ordination and delivery of the Authority’s Property Health & Safety Check / Service programme ensuring all statutory health and safety checks and surveys to services including gas, solid fuel, electricity and water are undertaken to the Authority’s Housing stock.
With a good attention to detail you will be required to extract and analyse a range of data and provide information on the performance of the Section’s activities.
You will also assist in other areas of the Section in the delivery of a range of construction related projects and work in accordance with a range of repairs and maintenance contracts. You will also assist in the procurement activities of the section and the preparation of formal tender documentation.
NB: A short computerised test will be complete prior to the interview.
