Midday Supervisory Assistant - Glenleigh Park Primary Academy

This is an exciting opportunity to join Glenleigh Park Primary Academy in a role that will involve supporting children at lunchtimes in a fun, friendly and caring environment.

At Glenleigh Park we are committed to giving our children the very best education possible. This commitment applies throughout lunchtime as well as in class and at playtimes. Our lunchtime team play a vital part in the promotion of the best welfare and education for all our children. The job of Midday Supervisor is a vital one, with high expectations and equally high job satisfaction.

The role:

  • To work as part of the lunchtime team
  • To engage with and help the children in the dining hall
  • To ensure the health and safety of pupils during lunchtime
  • To lead the children in enjoying a calm and pleasant lunchtime
  • To support the school's overall ethos and behaviour policy
  • To liaise with other staff about children in our care

We are looking for someone who is:
