We are currently looking to appoint an Individual Needs Assistant to join our enthusiastic Reception team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will need a clear understanding of the expectations of the role of an Individual Needs Assistant and experience in supporting children with complex and additional needs would be desirable. You would need to have an NVQ at Level 3 in supporting Teaching & Learning or be working towards one.

The position is Fixed Term until 22 July 2022 in the first instance. Your working pattern will be Monday to Friday 9.00am – 3.10pm with a fifteen minute unpaid break in the morning and a 15 minute unpaid lunch break. 

The closing date is Friday 21 January 2022. Interviews will take place on Friday 28 January 2022. The start date is as soon as possible after the interviews.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
