We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic finance assistant to join our small office team.

The vacancy is for 24 hours per week (term time only) and we can offer a degree of flexibility in agreeing  the weekly working pattern for the successful candidate.

The finance assistant will work as part of a small office team reporting to the School Business Manager and duties include assisting with the administration of the school budgets, processing orders and invoices, school lettings and personnel related work.  

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a school environment, have some finance knowledge and the ability to deliver work in a timely manner. Good communication skills and a positive, flexible approach to the role are also a requirement. Training will be provided.
