Do you want to support pupils with their learning and personal development?
Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in the classroom. We are seeking an individual who can support our teachers and motivate and encourage our pupils.
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is calm, confident and has the skills to be able to support classroom activities safely and can create a positive learning environment.
You will have:
- Maths and English GCSE Grade A- C or equivalent
- Experience of establishing positive relationships with students and the ability to empathise with their needs
Hollington Primary Academy is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant 2 to join our friendly and enthusiastic team, contributing to supporting learning across the school. The role may provide support to the teacher within a class as well as supporting groups of pupils in emotional, social and wellbeing based activities. We are an outward facing academy with great staff, pupils and parents.

Hollington Primary Academy is a school for 4 to 11- year olds in Hastings East Sussex. We focus on developing our pupils love of learning and encourage them to be ‘big thinkers’. Our creative curriculum engages pupils with personalised learning and practical experiences. We can have two classes in each year group welcoming children from our local community. We also host a nursery for children aged from 2 years.
