Eastbourne Neighbourhood Support Team has a permanent position for a full time Practice Manager available, due to promotion of the current post holder. Our work is diverse; with young people going through transition to Adult Services through to older people with physical and mental health needs – all of whom we strive to achieve independence in their outcomes.
As a result, we are looking for a creative and professionally curious social work practitioner who is committed to strengths-based and inclusive practice and know the value of compassionate leadership within a skilled team. Responsible for management of staff and associated resources including managing service performance, alongside experience of statutory safeguarding of adults, you will ensure quality standards are monitored and maintained at a time of change.
In turn, you will become part of an established, supportive, and committed team alongside access to regular supervision, development opportunities and training to enhance your professional and managerial knowledge. Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
